hey everybody, i am a new active member...i have followed india arie from the beginning and have always loved her real lyrics, vocals, and the fact that she could play an instrument, the guitar, was very cool! she has been an inspiration to me as an artist, a black woman in america, and just a human being. i love all her albums, her presence is truly felt even without meeting her physically...i can say that she has been an influence as to why i am an artist today...not up and coming but i would consider myself an artist expressing herself through an outlet in which she is very passionate about...my name is nanaushika and it is lovely to meet you all...www.nanaushika.blogspot.com
